I've been a serial entrepreneur my whole life. Buying my first investment property in 2012, I began my real estate journey. I started with flips learning the ropes of property investment. It was a slow build until 2021/2022 when the market blew up and I didn't want to miss it. I acquired 35 properties within 18 months with no support staff and with none of my own money. And let me tell you...that's a lot. Not just a lot of properties but a lot of stuff to juggle.
In 2016, I turned a failed flip into a thriving Airbnb. My focus has always been on efficiency and the power of good systems – it’s what turned my single Airbnb in a small town into a 7-figure business. To me, success is about the smart application of processes, not just in growing a business, but in making it sustainable and manageable. ​
